Formation in Reserve Disc of PRN / LW Spindles.
Mills has observed & has complaint that Reserve Disc (Storage
Ring) of PRN / LW spindles gets damaged due to
GROOVE
FORMATION
(cut mark on coating of outer Diameter ). This damages your Expensive
Yarn & also this type of reserve can not handle abrasive yarn.
All this result in poor quality of Yarn.
For this, we have designed & developed some modification in
existing spindles which has overcome with problem of grooving in
Reserve Disk. It is designed in such a way that in throughout yarn
path, yarn will remain in contact with Ceramic Thread Guides only.
As the yarn have full Ceramic contact Yarn breakages, Yarn hairiness,
Yarn Filamentation, Yarn Elongation, TPI variation, Tension Variation,
Groove Formation, Peeling of Coating, Wearing of Coating etc. can
be avoided & this ultimately results in improved yarn quality.
Also this modified spindles can handle almost all types of yarns.
We can modify
PRN / LW spindle for our developed above ARS
